When I signed up to be an influencer for Love, Listen, Repeat by Karen Ehman, I had no idea what in the impact it would have on me personally.
I read the book and thought it was a good read, but it had SO much great info I felt like it was hard to absorb it all. The stories and anecdotes helped make the book personal as well as instructive. So, I decided to read it a second time!
While the book was a good read, the workbook and video make this an excellent Bible Study, small group lesson, or for just a few friends who want to meet over coffee and encourage each other in their Christain walk.
When watching the videos, I recalled the points made in the book and found myself drawn to the message of reaching out to others with love and living more alert to the needs around me.
As a mom of six kids, I totally understand having extra plates at the table, keeping the cookie jar well stocked, and extra toothbrushes on hand. It was something I did, but Karen hit home the importance of knowing the WHY.
I no longer think of Karen Ehman as a New York Times best-selling author, now, I think of her as a friend whose transparent authenticity has inspired me to Listen, Love, Repeat.
“Karen’s words here speak my heart language ~ and echo the heart of God.” Ann Voskamp
What about you?
Have you ever been the recipient of kindness that impacted your life? Can you imagine what would happen if we listened more intently to what Karen refers to as “heart drops”?
What if we made it a point to live a more other-centered life in a self-centered world?
GOOD NEWS!!

Krista, I think you would love it. As a busy mom it is easy to wonder if you are making a difference, but in reality, your mission might be the person right outside your door. You are a great mom! Love seeing pics of you and your kiddos. I loved how Karen also encouraged her kids to be active in blessing others.
