Parfait Day

For those of you who don’t know, November 25 is National Parfait Day!

Our family has celebrated with several recipes, but the biggest point is that we make sure we break out the Tupperware parfait cups and do something little bit special.

Which brings me to day #2 of being Thankful.

I am thankful that we take time to enjoy the little things in life.

Sometimes the days blur into weeks which melt into months. It is good, at least for me, to stop and enjoy a little creativity~ even if it is just pudding and whipped cream in a cup with graham cracker crumbs and chocolate sprinkles.
